Keep in mind to stay in line with the Board by maintaining your belly button to the central strap all the time with 3 importants cues :
- feet together to keep your body in line with the Board
- glutes squeezed to protect your lower back
- chin down to protect your neck
Remember also that you can use different position with your hands to ease or challenge the movement :
- level 1 : use your hands like blades and start to enter to the water by your little finger
- level 2 : with your fist
- level 3 : with your hands opened and fingers opened too
- level 4 : use your hands like a spoon
